This Privacy Policy describes how 3SD S.r.l. ("3SD", "we", "us") processes personal data of users of the Loondry mobile application (the "App"), in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 ("Privacy Code").
Loondry is a B2B laundry-service management platform for laundries, accommodation hosts, and cleaning operators.

The App does not collect geolocation data, biometric data, address-book contacts, photos, or videos from the device.

Data is processed using electronic tools, with technical and organizational measures adequate to ensure its security, integrity, and confidentiality.
Loondry's backend servers and databases are located within the European Union.
Access to data is limited to authorized 3SD personnel and external data processors bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.
To deliver the service, 3SD relies on the following providers, appointed as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR:

Some of the providers listed above (in particular OneSignal, headquartered in the United States, and Stripe, for certain processing operations) may involve transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Such transfers take place in compliance with Art. 46 GDPR, through the execution of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, through adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The App is a professional service aimed at industry operators and is not intended for minors under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Should we become aware of any such processing, we will promptly delete the data.
3SD reserves the right to modify this Policy to reflect regulatory, technical, or organizational changes. Significant changes will be notified to users via the App or by email. The most recent version will always be available at https://app.loondry.com/privacy/en.html.
